Pet Stay Rules & Regulations
We are delighted to welcome your furry family member. To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests—human and pet alike—please take a moment to review the following guidelines:
📌 Pet Policy Summary
Daily Pet Fee: A fee of 999,000 VND per night will be added to your room rate. This applies to one pet up to 25 kg.
Service Animals: Pets used for physical assistance are also subject to the standard pet fee.
Vaccination Requirement: Pets must be up to date on vaccinations. A valid vaccination certificate is required at check-in.
🔖 During Your Stay
- Designated Pet Area: Pets are welcome throughout the resort’s Pet-Friendly Privacy Zones when on a leash.
- In-Room Pet Care: Bathing and grooming of your pet is permitted in your room. Please use the designated towels provided.
- When Unattended: Pets must be safely crated if left alone in the room at any time.
- Clean-Up & Responsibility: As the pet owner, you are fully responsible for your pet’s behavior, cleanliness, and any damage caused.
- Noise & Disruptions: If your pet causes significant disturbance to other guests, we may kindly ask you to make alternative arrangements.
✍️ Pet Policy Agreement
All pet owners are required to sign our Pet Policy Agreement upon check-in to confirm understanding and compliance.
