Terms & Conditions
- Offer is valid for bookings staying in designated pet-friendly accommodation only.
- Pet fee is VND 999,000 net per pet, per night.
- Exclusive ADI welcome gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
- Advance reservation is required, and guests must inform the resort that they are travelling with a pet before arrival.
- Only domesticated dogs and cats are permitted.
- Pets must be healthy, fully vaccinated, and free from contagious diseases. Vaccination records may be requested upon check-in.
- Owners are fully responsible for their pets’ behaviour, safety, hygiene, and any damage caused during the stay.
- Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier when outside the guest room and must be accompanied by their owner at all times.
- Pets are only permitted in designated pet-friendly areas and are not allowed in swimming pools, restaurants, fitness facilities, children’s play areas, or other restricted public spaces, except where otherwise indicated.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not disturb other guests.
- The resort reserves the right to refuse or terminate a pet’s stay if the pet is considered aggressive, disruptive, or poses a health or safety risk.
