Terms and Conditions

Validity: 

• Voucher purchasing period: until 30 September 2023
• Stay period: 24 or 31 December 2023
• Discounted price at VND 2,398,000 nett/night applicable to the same room type for every additional night
• Surcharge for the 3rd guest: VND 2,700,000/package/guest/night
• Applicable for weekdays and weekends.
• No weekend surcharge
• Non-applicable for Public Holidays.

Check-in Time 

Rooms are available to check-in from 15:00 to midnight. 

Check-out Time 

Rooms must be vacated at 12:00 noon. 

Early Check-in 

Early check-in will be subject to the hotel’s availability at the time you check-in.  

• Any check-ins before 8AM will be charged at a full day’s regular room rate.  
• For early check-ins between 8AM and 12PM, an additional half-day’s charge will apply at the regular room rate. 
• Check-ins between 12PM and 2PM will be charged 20% of the regular room rate. 

Late Check-out  

A late check-out is subject to our room availability.  

• For late check-outs between 12PM – 6PM, an additional half day’s charge will apply at the regular room rate.  
• Any check-outs after 6PM will be charged at a full day’s regular room rate. 

Children Policy 

Accommodation with breakfast included is free for 2 children under 16 years old sharing existing bed(s).
